Emerald Ash Borer - is an exotic beetle that disrupting the tree's ability to transport water and nutrients.
Gypsy Moth - is a predator of trees such as maple, elm, and particularly oak.
Public right-of-way – within public walking paths or viewable in public areas, heavily forested areas are not public right-of-way.
