State of the City 2009

The annual State of the City Address was held this past Tuesday at the Wood County Library. At the event, Mayor John Quinn spoke about the current economic crisis and what it means for the city.

A panel consisting of Municipal Administrator John Fawcett, Public Works Director Brian Craft, Utilities Director Kevin Maynard, and Finance Director Brian Bushong also provided updates on recent developments within their respective departments.
