Since the organization is a private entity and not funded by the city, they rely on support from Bowling Green businesses and families. Each of the 40-45 teams are sponsored by local businesses that provide uniforms and equipment and help to keep registration fees down. BG Youth Baseball also hosts regional tournaments throughout the summer, which help to fund the organization and support the maintenance costs of the facility. The organization also has its own umpires association and field maintenance crew as well.
With 60 years of experience, Bowling Green Youth Baseball is proud to provide a great environment for area youth and a unique asset for the entire community. So if you're looking for something to do on a summer night, come out to Carter Park to watch some baseball.
