The Bowling Green Music Center, located on East Wooster, is a place where everyone is welcome to come in and explore music. Co-Owners Aaron Hunt and Michael Sandwisch each already had extensive backgrounds in the music business when the store, then named BG Music and Sound, went for sale in the summer of 2007. The pair decided to purchase the business and they re-opened it as the Bowling Green Music Center.
The Music Center encourages customers to experiment with the variety of instruments that are available for sale, lessons, or rental. The instrument selection ranges from clarinets to mandolins, with a large selection of guitars and drums available. So whether it's for a garage band or a marching band, it's not hard to find what you're looking for. Customers from all different levels of experience and musical backgrounds will find this downtown store helpful.
Lessons are available for those new to a particular instrument or to playing music in general. The Music Center provides a capable staff of instructors. Instruments available for lessons are also available for purchase in the store. A musician may also want to explore new possibilities and customize their sound with different picks, strings, pedals, reeds, and more.
